As Senior Vice President of The Kinetix Group and Co-Director of the CKD Leaders Network, Anna oversees care delivery strategy and solution development for life sciences, health system, and payer clients. She has more than 13 years of experience in designing and implementing population health and value-based care delivery models. Previously, Anna co-founded a venture-backed technology startup where she led partnership and community development. Anna serves on the board of the Consortium for Southeast Healthcare Quality, a not-for-profit focused on practice transformation addressing health disparities.

Kristen is a Vice President at The Kinetix Group and Co-Director of the CKD Leaders Network. She is responsible for managing relationships with payers, providers, and industry partners as well as informing the strategy behind CKD Leaders Network initiatives. Previously, Kristen was Director of Strategy and Innovation at Remedy Partners, a healthcare company and Awardee Convener for CMS in the Bundled Payment for Care Improvement Initiative. Kristen’s expertise is in developing, implementing and operating clinical care redesign programs with large health systems, physician groups and post-acute care facilities.

Kristi Abbott is a Manager at The Kinetix Group and Network Coordinator at the CKD Leaders Network. Kristi serves as a liaison between the CKD experts and partnering industry or payer organizations, helping to operationalize and manage ongoing network initiatives. Previously, Kristi was a Quality Improvement Intern at the Office of Health Policy and AIDS Funding in New Orleans and a Policy Analyst at a boutique health consulting firm in Washington, DC. Kristi received a Master in Health Administration and Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Tulane University.
